Scheduling Policy

Our online booking calendar opens on the 1st of every month for clients. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Your deposit will be credited toward your scheduled service. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your first service visit. Existing clients have priority and can schedule at any time. If you need to reschedule your appointment for another date and time, there is a one-time deposit transfer to your new rescheduled date. If there are no dates available to schedule, you can join our waitlist through the online scheduling portal or by calling or texting us at 984.230.BODY (2639)

Rescheduling

​

If you would like to reschedule your appointment, we require a 48-hour notice to reschedule without losing your deposit. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 48-hour time period online through our scheduling portal to avoid any fees.

Late Fee

We have a grace period of 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. There is a $50.00 fee for late cancellations and missed appointments. Fees must be paid before rescheduling your next appointment.

Refunds

​

There are no refunds or exchanges on any products or services. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Post-Surgical After Care

​

Each session is 45-60 minutes in total. This includes setting up, undressing, and assisting with garments. If you are currently receiving post-op care with another provider, please finish your services there before beginning with us. Pictures are taken before all treatments to follow up on each client’s progress. All post-op care and non-invasive body contouring packages must be used within three months from the date of purchase.

Travel

​

Our office is located in Raleigh, NC. At this time all in home travel for any client has stopped as of 1/01/2022. If you would like to hire one of our nurses to travel with you and stay for your cosmetic surgery procedure, please call into our office for more detailed information and pricing for travel accommodations.

Extra Guests

​

Additional guest including children and pets are not allowed to accompany you in treatment rooms.

Health Conditions

​

If you are currently under medical supervision for conditions such as high blood pressure, low blood pressure or diabetes, it is recommended that you consult your physician before booking any of our sessions. Body treatments are not advised for pregnant women.
